What I bought from Victoria Secret!

Here is a follow up from my last post with what I bought from Victoria Secret.

The amazing Victoria Secret Gift bags that makes you feel great. I don’t think any other company/shop can even compete with their bags.

The Pink body mist which is the travel sized one, Small long fragrances and Lip glosses and Lip plumper were all their lower priced items, which was great. I haven’t tried them all out but the two I have tried were the beige lip-gloss and that makes my lips look really shiny, and the Red mini fragrance called Total Attraction. The scent is cherry orchid and lily blossom. I can’t get enough of it.

Adding to my Victoria Stripes collection. I had the Victoria secret striped phone case already, and I wanted to keep adding to it as the stripes are so glamourous. I bought a small long case so I can put my make-up brushes in there and also with the big one I could put my makeup in it and store that somewhere nice on my make-up table. The signature striped pair of pyjamas which I am in love with, comes with a night shirt and trousers and also an eye mask. I am in love with this whole set.

The ‘Love Me More’ roll on perfume was on offer at £10 down from £16 which was really fantastic. This is really good just to store in your handbag when you’re on the go and need freshening up. This is a exclusive canelé French scent which is a warm scent that smells of Golden grapefruit, Liquid amber and French Canelé.

In the Pink section of the store, if you buy something from Pink you get a small freebie dog, so I got some knickers that are pretty cute. There was a lot of different styles like thongs, boyshorts, V string, no show and seamless panties. So I just got all different ones as I mixed and matched them. You can buy five pairs for £20.

VICTORIA SECRET OPENING IN BRISTOL

Ok so as you know from my last post I was getting really excited for Victoria Secret to be opening here in Bristol! So here is my post about how it went. Enjoy!

My mum and I got up early as Victoria Secret was opening at 10 am. Mum has just had an operation on her shoulder so she couldn't drive us down to town, so I suggested to her that we get the bus down into town. I was expecting her to say no but she agreed so I said “LETS GO!”, bearing in mind she hasn't been on a bus for over 20 years.

We arrived in town and as soon as we got off the bus we started rushing towards the shop, then once inside we were welcomed by the VS door staff. Mum and I felt like we are in a different world when we were inside. There was so much to look at I felt like I was in a museum where you didn't want to touch anything as it looked so perfect. If I was rich I think I would have bought every single item in that shop.

We came across all the small perfumes, Hand creams, Phone cases, lip glosses etc.. where I picked up a couple things which will be up on my next post. We then went over to the Victoria Secret PINK side which is all Fitness clothing, Bras, knickers and all of those things. One of the employees came over and was asking if we were ok with everything and we ended up talking about how to apply to get a job their as I really want to work for Victoria Secret one day! It’s a goal of mine which I am determined to achieve one day and get the experience I need.

My mum spotted a photographer guy and we approached him and my mum told him that I am a blogger and with this news he decided to take a few pictures of me in VS. I forgot to ask for his name which was so stupid of me but I hope I find him somehow to find the pictures and thank him.

We were walking over towards the tills and I spotted the pink and white stripy VS pyjamas! I have wanted these for ages. I totally forgot about them so I happily put them into my basket even though they were pretty pricey but I had to have them.

Then a lovely employee, Rebecca, came over to see if I wanted to get measured to try on some bras and she asked if I like Kylie Jenner and I said yes of course! So she took us over to the bombshell bras section and told me that Kylie made it very famous. I could see it was very popular because it pushes your boobs up so it makes them look huge. I will be adding one of those to my collection very soon!

We headed to the checkouts and if you spend over a certain amount you get a free glittery tote bag. The tote bag is really big and fits a lot in and if you get something in PINK you get a free little freebie dog which is so cute to put on your shelf. The gift bags from VS are amazing, just carrying them made me feel great!!

Overall I had such a great experience especially with my mum coming with me and I am so glad they have opened a Victoria Secret in Bristol now.

My favourite Perfumes 2016

Hey Guys! Here are my favourite perfumes. I never used to be able to afford perfumes and now I am so grateful I can afford nice things #livingthelife.

So I am going to start with my favourite and that is the bright Pink bottle, which is Britney spears, The Nice Remix. This is my every day perfume. It smells so sweet and light. It’s not one of those over powering smells. The bottle is great to jazz up your dressing table, so it’s not so dull and boring. It comes with a bracelet you can wear but I have kept mine on the bottle. I would definitely recommend this perfume to anybody!

Another one I have also been loving is the Paco Rabanne, Olympea.  I honestly have never smelt a perfume like this one it smells like heaven! The bottle is so lovely and the colour come on! It’s an all in one perfume. My sister actually had this one on and it smelt so nice so I had to get it! WELL… My boyfriend brought it for me for Christmas which was so lovely of him and it comes with body lotion I would recommend this one as well.

Next is my Black Opium. This perfume is so over powering so what I would say is spray JUST ONE spray not 60 sprays like I did by accident then get a headache for the rest of the day and you can’t do anything about it hahaha. But it is different for everybody but not me haha! The bottle is very nice and glittery and the one I have, came with a make-up bag and a little bottle of opium so you can put it in your handbag.

Katy Perry killer queen. This bottle is the best bottle I have ever seen in my life look at it ^ she chose well I must say, This came in a gift set with two shower gels, I haven’t used them just yet but I will soon. My mum got me this for Christmas as she had it in her perfume collection so I was always asking her if I could borrow it and that didn’t happen so she surprised my sister and I with one each on Christmas day. Quite a few friends have this perfume as it is very popular.

Another one is the Victoria Secret little mini bottle. This bottle is not a spray it’s like a roll on so you can roll it on your neck and your wrists and it will last all day. It has a very strong scent. My best friend and I travelled to London to shop in Victoria Secrets, as we didn't have one in Bristol. But guess what guys, tomorrow morning, VS is opening here in Bristol and I am so excited!!!!! I will be buying more mini bottles and I will hopefully be putting them in my January Favourites! So I will recommend these mini ones to anybody and there affordable and cute to put in your clutch bag/handbag when you go on a night out or shopping.

The Ariana Grande perfume gift set is so lush! The way the gift set came was beautiful. It came with a big bottle of perfume and a small bottle. Exactly the same as the big one but a little smaller, it also came with a pompom on the big bottle and in the middle of the gift box it had your very own Pom Pom that you could put on your Bag or your Keys. What I did was put mine on my bag and I still have it on there now. Ariana really went for it with her perfume!  

The Cheryl Cole perfume is such a nice scent. I think this is going to be my top favourite now with that Britney spears one! This smell is so sweet I could eat it, and the packaging that it came in was so lovely with a flower lid. It is honestly so nice! I will link it below so you can have a look or just pop to your local perfume store and I'm sure they will have it. I would recommend this one also as I know this kind of smell is one that a lot of people would like and I'm sure a lot of people love this one like I do already. 

As you can tell I would highly recommend all of these perfumes but if you buy or have any of these I would love to know or if you have any recommendations I love to try out new perfumes.
